- Legal and Social Responsibilities, we are duly registered under the insurance legislation applicable to Insurance Brokers and currently licensed as evidenced by a Certificate issued to that effect, copy as appendix I.
- We were registered by NAICOM, the regulatory and supervisory Commission as RBC 204 in recognition of our eminent position and to be a beacon to others in the insurance broking industry. Appendix II
- To ensure adequate protection from our professional services, we have a Professional Indemnity Cover up to N500,000,000. Appendix III
- As a good corporate citizen, we pay our Company taxes as and when due and a copy of our Tax Clearance Certificate is attached as Appendix IV.
- We are subjected to the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers self regulatory and improvement role to whom we fulfil our obligations as evidenced by a current Membership Clearance Certificate, copy as Appendix V.
