Samson had a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and Master’s in Business Administration (Executive Programme) from University of Ilorin,Ilorin,Nigeria. And Qualified as an Associates of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and Fellow of same Institute (FIIN). Also, an Associates of Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance brokers and Fellow of same Institute. (FCIB)

He possessesa certificate in Risk management Conrad Clark, in collaboration with CIIN. He had over 36 years practical Insurance Experience in positions involving underwriting,Claims,Marketing,Branch Operations,Insurance Account handling in broking services in Reputable top-rated Insurance and Insurance Broking companies.viz :

AIICO Insurance Plc (American International Insurance Company Plc) and Hogg Robinson Nig. Ltd) Insurance Broker respectively.

He has experience in General Insurance underwriting, Industrial& Commercial reinsurance and multinational risks and Broking as well as Special Risk,Marine &Aviation, Oil & Gas, Construction /Erection and Engineering Risks. He has attended Risk Management, Oil & Gas courses, Technical and Leadership trainings in the United Kingdom (UK), Germany and United State of America. (USA)

He has worked as an insurance buyers and Insurance account handlers of Insurance Brokerage firm for Multinational companies NNPC, Julius Berger Nig. Plc, FCMB,Lafarge (WAPCO),Friesland/Campina Nig. Plc, CCECC, among others. He is a Past President of Rotary International D9111 Nigeria, Sport lover and happily married.

Henry Ugweje graduated from Lagos State University with B.Sc. in Public Administration. An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN). Mr. Henry has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance profession. He has worked with many companies including Insurance Companies, Oil & Gas, Insurance Brokersmoving through the ranks to the present position of Assistant General Manager Technical/Operations in Man-Mountain Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Mariam has over 16 years of professional working experience and started her Insurance atRite Insurance Brokers Ltd where she worked in underwriting and claims operations departments.

She later relocated to Cape Town, South Africa and joined Hollard LifeAssurance Company for 5 years as a Life Policy Marketer, a position she held for 5 years until she relocated to Nigeria and briefly joined Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Limited as a Senior Financial Advisor. She worked with Green Pacific Insurance Brokers Ltd as the Head of Operations where was responsible for all insurance operations and marketing activities for 2 years. Before joining Man – Mountain Insurance Brokers Ltd, she worked with Thrive Insurance Brokers Ltd as the Senior Manager, Corporate and Financial Institutions Marketing, supervising the Corporate and Financial Institutions Marketing department, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises department and Retail & Individual Clients’ Marketing Department. She has wealth of experience in Insurance Underwriting, Claims Administration, Oil & Gas and Marketing.

 

Mariam is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.

Mr. Joseph Akinola is a graduate of Economics from Lagos State University.  He has over 31year’s experience in accounting and insurance profession. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institutes of Brand Management and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Accounts. He is happily married with children.

Abosede Titilayo Kolawole is an accomplished Human Resources and Administrative professional with nearly 20 years of broad-based experience across diverse industries, including Manufacturing, Fleet Management, Consulting, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), and Insurance Broker.

 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (Second Class Upper Division) from the prestigious University of Ilorin, Kwara State, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. Abosede is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM). She is presently the Senior Manager, Human Resources and Admin. in Man-Mountain Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Miss Abiola is a graduate of Accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos. She has over 11 years’ experience and worked in several organizations before joining Man – Mountain Insurance Brokers Ltd. She is presently the Finance Manager.
